1. What neighborhoods does Struttin' Mutts service? We service most of Southern Johnson County and will also service some areas in Northern Johnson County, please call to be sure we come to your neighborhood.

2. Are services available for cats and other pets? Yes, cat care is available for pet sitting only.  We don't walk cats.  Other pets requiring minimal supervision (e.g. fish, birds, etc.) will be cared for at no additional charge.

3. Is Struttin' Mutts insured?  Yes, we are insured through Pet Sitters Associates,   www.petsitllc.com .  Proof furnished upon request.

4. Is dog licensing required? Struttin' Mutts requires all dogs to have the required licensing/registration for the city in which they reside in order to receive our services.  In addition, all dogs must be current with vaccinations.

5. Where are the dogs walked?  All dogs are taken from your house and walked through the neighborhood or to a nearby park.

6. Are dogs ever let off leash?  Dogs are never let off leash in our care unless they are within the boundaries of their home or fenced backyard.

7. How are payments made? Acceptable forms of payment are cash or check. Payment is due before services are rendered.

8.How are emergency situations handled? If immediate medical attention is needed, Struttin' Mutts will transport your pet to the vet on file.

9. How much notice of cancellation is needed? 24 hours is required to avoid charges.
