Dog Requirements
All dogs must be licensed in the city & up to date on current vaccinations.  All dogs must demonstrate appropriate leash behavior. Struttin' Mutts also reserves the right to turn away, as clients,  any aggressive dogs that may pose a danger to employees or the general public.

Hours of Operation
Struttin' Mutts is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Areas Serviced
Southern Overland Park, Southern Leawood, East Olathe and some parts of Northern Johnson County (a mileage surcharge may apply)  Please call for details.
 
Key Pick-Up/ Drop-off
Key Pick-up or Drop-Off (any trips beyond initial consultation) $10/trip
All keys are tagged and stored individually per household.

Inclement Weather
Most days there will not be a reason for canceling services due to weather.  Together we can make the best decision for that day in cases of freezing, thunderstorms or extreme heat.  It may just be that instead of a walk I come to play. 

Cancellations
Please give a 24 hour notice of cancellation.  I have set aside specific time slots for your dogs and require notice.  Without 24 hours notice I will have to charge for the day.

Short Notice Reservations
Any reservation scheduled with less than 48 hours notice may incur a $5 surcharge.  Although we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, same day visits cannot be guaranteed.  All reservations are scheduled on a first come first served basis.

Payment Due/Return Check Policy
Payment is due before services are rendered. 
Returned checks are charged $30 plus bank fees.

Holiday Hours
Struttin' Mutts does not offer holiday hours at this time.  Special circumstances may be considered.

Mileage Surcharge
There will be a mileage surcharge of $5.00 for any mileage over 10 miles from Struttin' Mutts offices.
